Digital Rise: Transformed 2.0 and HYTEQ

The Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA), through the Information and Communications Technology Service-Educational Technology Unit (ICTS-EdTech Unit), will conduct a training workshop and upskilling of SDO Mountain Province’s teaching personnel from 7 to 11 March 2022 and 21 to 25 March 2022 in Sagada.
This is to support the initiative of the SDO on TRANSFORMED 2.0 & HYTEQ projects. The objectives of this activity are the following:
1. Develop multimedia learning resource materials adaptive to any learning environment (online and offline, synchronous and asynchronous).
2. Identify key ideas in developing nonprint-based resources to augment digital instruction delivery.
3. Appropriate a hybrid learning class plan in maximizing the available existing technologies and deploy mobile learning under the DepEd Computerization Program.
All participants (See Annex A) will receive a Certificate of Recognition upon the completion of tasks specified in the activity. This national-level certificate can be claimed through the DLMS at https://training.deped.gov.ph .

TRAINING-WORKSHOP ON THE USE OF INTERACTIVE EPUB FOR TEACHERS OF LEARNERS WITH HEARING IMPAIRMENT
To help ensure inclusivity in the delivery of instruction, the Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA) through the Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS), in collaboration with UNICEF Philippines, will conduct a series of training-workshops on the use of interactive EPUB. The target participants are teachers of learners with hearing impairment.
