
Self, Skills and Productivity Enhancement
In attending this course, participants are expected to improve the organization skills, time management and prioritization skills at work. They are also expected to improve adversity quotients through stress management. Most importantly, participants shall be able to demonstrate goal setting, self-motivation and accountability in their respective task, projects and activities.

Training-Workshop on Completed Staff Work
Participants are
expected to learn a comprehensive and systematic process of analyzing a problem
or concern; recommending solution; and presenting proposed action for
consideration. At the end of this course, employees are expected not only to
present problems or concerns to their supervisors but most importantly to
provide recommendations or proposed action for the supervisors to consider.

Leadership and Strategic Management Program
This program is designed for participants to be more self-aware, understand their motivation and behavior in handling a leadership role, and demonstrate the ways of developing dynamic team relationships. In addition, this program also shows the importance of active listening in the team and enables participants to be flexible in handling conflicts at work. Lastly, participants are also expected to demonstrate coaching and mentoring and take detailed action upon completing this training.

Communication and Presentation Skills Workshop
As part of the regular COLDP course offering, this workshop aims to extensively improve competency of employees' communication and presentation skills and who have undergone basic oral and written communication skills. As an advanced course, this aims to enrich their knowledge and enhance their facilitation and technical report writing skills.
