Learning Workshop on Essential Workplace Communication Skills in the Virtual Setup Batch 1
The program aims to address learning gaps of the CO personnel on 'communication' as the top core competency need identified in the 2021 LNA. In particular, this targets to develop/enhance the technical personnel's communication competencies by understanding concepts and applying techniques in workplace communication in view of the changes and perceived future of workplace scenarios during and in the post-pandemic period.
